Alpine Dairy Goats

Lost Oak Farms is a family dairy goat ranch that blossomed out of our kids' 4-H projects and our love for animals. We are located in the beautiful Sierra Nevada Foothills in Northern California . In addition to raising and showing N.P.G.A. registered Pygmy Goats under the “Rocky Oaks Ranch” herdname, we also raise Livestock Guardian Dogs and A.D.G.A. registered Alpine Dairy Goats (under the Lost Oak herdname).

All of our goats (Pygmy and Dairy) have tested Negative for C.A.E. Our bucks are tested annually and our does every other year. ALL new additions to our herd are tested upon arrival and kept quarantined until the results come back. Our entire foundation herd was also tested negative for CL/Johnnes.

We are dedicated to the safety and health of all of our animals. We keep detailed herd health and breeding records on all of our animals.
